Sourcewell

Sourcewell’s cooperative contract purchasing leverages the national purchasing power of more than 50,000 member agencies while also streamlining the required purchasing process. As a municipal national contracting agency, Sourcewell establishes and provides nationally leveraged and competitively solicited purchasing contracts under the guidance of the Uniform Municipal Contracting Law. Joint Powers laws enable members to legally purchase through our awarded contracts.

NASPO ValuePoint

NASPO ValuePoint is a cooperative purchasing program facilitating public procurement solicitations and agreements using a lead-state model. States benefit from the lower administrative costs of processing solicitations by leveraging the expertise of staff across state boundaries. Our NASPO ValuePoint contract is for Heavy Construction and Industrial Equipment.

BuyBoard®

The BuyBoard® National Purchasing Cooperative was formed to streamline the buying process for municipalities, public schools, and other governmental organizations. We have been awarded a BuyBoard® contract through the National Purchasing Cooperative (National Cooperative). Our contract is for Construction, Road and Bridge, and Other Related Equipment.

Purchasing Cooperative of America (PCA)

PCA is a third-party, national purchasing cooperative that’s active in all 50 states and Canada. Municipalities and public sector entities can join PCA for free to take advantage of the best value contracts and the highest ethical standards in public procurement. Our entire product line qualifies for this contract.
